Request a Speaker
Now is a great time to talk about human trafficking.
Our speakers bureau is a volunteer team of educators, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, human trafficking survivors and consultants, and other experts from around the state. Their free awareness talks and presentations cover a range of topics pertaining to human trafficking identification, prevention, treatment, and legislation.
Please submit your request for a speaker at least 2 weeks in advance of your event.
Currently, we are only accepting requests for virtual sessions. We can set up the necessary video link for that session. We will update when we know it is safe for our volunteers to return to in-person speaking engagements.
*Please review all form details about inviting a survivor to speak at your event before submitting your request.
If you are an affiliated organization with the Coalition and your event is free and open to the public, we can help publicize your event. Contact speakers@safernj.org for more information.

Joining the Coalition’s speakers bureau is both a fun and rewarding experience. We educate communities and professionals about human trafficking and call them into action to help save lives.
Honorarium Donations
Our speakers bureau volunteers donate their time to educate communities so that everyone can be empowered with essential information about the issue of human trafficking. If community groups would like to make a donation towards our work, speakers gratefully accept honoraria on behalf of the Coalition. These can be given directly to speakers (checks made payable to NJCAHT), mailed to our registered address, or may be paid via credit card here. Please note that survivor speakers must be given an honorarium.
Service Provider Speakers
If, for whatever reason, we are unable to book a speakers bureau volunteer for your event, affiliated service providers such as DREAM FREE (a statewide human trafficking service provider run by Avanzar) can often provide speakers instead. Please note that they also require the payment of a small honorarium. Contact speakers@safernj.org for more information.
